Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in cold storage areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines for cold environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Kansas City facility
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to complete paid training program (4 weeks)
