Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage systems and monitor temperature controls
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain precise inventory records using WMS technology
- Enforce HACCP compliance and sanitation protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Conduct quality inspections of perishable goods
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards in cold environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
- Basic inventory management system proficiency
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 60 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
