Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated storage units (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect and record product quality/temperature using digital scanners
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks following FIFO protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Participate in monthly sanitation cycles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-paid)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
