Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature (-10°F to 40°F) monitoring and documentation in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload palletized food products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Execute inventory management protocols including cycle counts and FIFO rotation
- Adhere to strict HACCP and GMP sanitation standards for equipment and facilities
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) with OSHA-compliant certifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid OSHA PIT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in sub-zero environments
- Strong attention to detail for inventory and temperature control
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Food Handler's Certificate a plus
