Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated storage equipment and monitor temperature systems
- Safely load/unload products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock rotation protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety regulations
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Respond to temperature alerts and equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
