Responsibilities
- Pick orders accurately using handheld scanners and pick lists
- Package goods securely with proper cushioning and labeling
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety standards
- Meet daily productivity quotas with quality assurance
- Collaborate with team leads for order prioritization
- Report discrepancies or equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid government-issued photo ID and SSN
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Reliable transportation to Mission District location
- Strong attention to detail and speed accuracy
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (5am-1pm or 1pm-9pm)
