Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to FIFO inventory systems
- Conduct routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Inspect products for quality compliance before storage
- Complete accurate inventory documentation using digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or willingness to complete)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
