Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products within refrigerated facilities (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Monitor and document temperature/humidity levels using digital monitoring systems
- Perform quality inspections on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Implement FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory rotation procedures
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal gear provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
