Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks with proper equipment handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to our Milwaukee facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (day/night/weekends)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Pass background check and drug screening
