Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain warehouse temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) per product specifications
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to load/unload refrigerated trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and compliance with cold chain protocols
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) methods
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all storage areas
- Complete daily temperature logs and safety documentation
- Collaborate with team on efficient inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
