Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated zones
- Handle, palletize, and rotate perishable inventory with precision
- Operate forklifts and refrigeration equipment safely
- Conduct daily safety inspections and sanitation protocols
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing environments (0°F to 40°F)
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
