Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.5% accuracy for timely shipment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces with 5S methodology
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Preferred: Experience with RF scanning or WMS software
- Must pass background check and drug screening
