Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to 5S methodology for workplace organization
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy (data entry skills)
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
