Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in confined cold environments
- Inspect and document product integrity using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Coordinate cross-functional inventory movements with precision
- Perform daily sanitation and preventative maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in sub-zero conditions
- Basic RF scanner and inventory software proficiency
- OSHA 10-hour or equivalent safety certification
- Reliable transportation for varied shift schedules
