Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain sub-zero temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts in cold environments
- Adhere to strict sanitation and HACCP protocols
- Operate temperature monitoring systems and report deviations
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and shipping records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
