Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory in FIFO sequence using warehouse management systems
- Conduct daily sanitation checks and HACCP compliance protocols
- Operate refrigeration equipment and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
