Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated warehouses (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Inspect and record product conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Operate automated loading/unloading equipment efficiently
- Perform routine facility maintenance checks
- Train on new warehouse technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (4-8 hours/day)
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
