Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (32°F-45°F)
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks and storage areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Monitor temperature/humidity controls
- Perform routine equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Pass background/drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Team player attitude
