Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in cold storage facilities using digital tracking systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) for efficient product movement
- Adhere to strict temperature protocols (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for streamlined warehouse operations
- Follow OSHA safety standards for cold environments and material handling
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and documentation updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
