Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) for perishable goods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely in refrigerated environments
- Conduct inventory audits using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks with proper temperature control procedures
- Inspect and document storage conditions daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly in cold conditions
- Basic familiarity with inventory management software
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work nights/weekends as needed
