Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Optimize storage space according to FIFO protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
- Train on new warehouse automation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable overnight availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy
- Pass pre-employment background check
