Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated/freezer units (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload perishable goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily sanitation and hygiene protocols in compliance with FDA standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with quality control inspections and product rotation
- Complete accurate documentation of temperature logs and inventory
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- No prior experience required – full training provided
