Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature control and monitoring of refrigerated storage units
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading/unloading processes
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Sanitize work areas and equipment following HACCP protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-45°F)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to Henderson facility
