Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature/humidity levels in cold storage zones
- Inspect, load, and unload refrigerated products using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently in sub-zero environments
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and HACCP compliance standards
- Document inventory movements and report equipment malfunctions immediately

Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours

- OSHA 10 certification or ability to complete within first week
