Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams
- Meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and warehouse issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Willingness to work standing/walking for 8+ hours
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Pass background/drug screening
