Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move products efficiently
- Conduct inventory audits using digital tracking systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments with precision and speed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards across all areas

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in 32°F to -10°F environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
