- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and palletized products in 0-40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols in cold storage zones
- Inspect products for quality and temperature compliance
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
