Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature and humidity controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect and record product quality using digital monitoring systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols for food-grade facilities
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely loading/unloading of refrigerated trucks
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
- Utilize warehouse management software for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience required
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (1-2 shifts/month)
