Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with attention to detail and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and inventory audits
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Reliable transportation to our Portland facility
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
