Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product loading/unloading
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Follow strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
- Perform inventory management using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
- Document daily activities and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and precision in handling inventory
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- Valid state ID or driver's license
