Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and temperature monitoring systems
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and HACCP compliance protocols
- Perform inventory counts and documentation using warehouse management systems
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines for cold storage operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Team player with reliable attendance and punctuality
