Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Sanitize equipment and facilities following HACCP standards
- Load/unload trucks while documenting temperature logs
- Comply with OSHA and FDA safety regulations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with warehouse management systems preferred
- Food Handler's Permit (training provided)
