Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks
- Inspect products for quality compliance and inventory accuracy
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in all operations
- Operate refrigeration systems and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
- Maintain cleanliness of facility and equipment sanitation standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience a plus
