Responsibilities
- Handle inventory management using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Pack, label, and ship orders accurately
- Perform quality control checks on products
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using provided equipment
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen (no background check)
