Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature controls and monitoring in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory according to FIFO standards
- Conduct quality checks and document storage conditions
- Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols for food-grade facilities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
