Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Safely load/unload pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct daily inventory audits and stock rotation
- Sanitize equipment and facilities following HACCP protocols
- Monitor humidity levels and report equipment malfunctions
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Document temperature logs and compliance records
Qualifications
- 1+ year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly in cold environments
- Forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (nights/weekends)
