Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect inventory for quality and proper storage conditions
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas following HACCP standards
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Basic warehouse equipment operation knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Background check and drug screen required
