Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for smooth handovers
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work independently in low-light environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
