Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature and humidity controls in refrigerated storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment following safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of storage areas and equipment
- Inspect goods for quality compliance and report irregularities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP standards for food safety
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in sub-32°F environments
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to complete training
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screen
