Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Conduct inventory audits and update warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Operate pallet racking systems and organize storage efficiently
- Perform routine sanitation and equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
