Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Inspect and document warehouse conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Load/unload trucks while adhering to FIFO inventory procedures
- Conduct routine sanitation and pest control inspections
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless operations
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
Qualifications
- 1+ years of cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
