Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order fulfillment and inventory management during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Process high-volume shipments/receives using WMS systems
- Conduct cycle counts and quality control inspections
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
