Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones (-20°F to 45°F)
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities daily
- Track inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading temperature-sensitive shipments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification preferred)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
