Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal cold storage temperatures (0°F to -10°F)
- Inspect and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in refrigerated environments
- Document inventory counts and temperature logs
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas following HACCP standards
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient loading/unloading
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to early morning/night shifts
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
