Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold environments
- Inspect and document equipment performance daily
- Follow HACCP and OSHA safety protocols rigorously
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments efficiently
- Rotate inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method
- Sanitize storage areas according to food safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
