Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to HACCP and sanitation protocols
- Monitor equipment performance and report issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
