Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipment of goods
- Manage and train 10-15 team members on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
