Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload perishable goods
- Inspect and sanitize equipment/facilities to comply with FDA standards
- Document inventory and temperature logs using digital systems
- Collaborate with team to ensure efficient warehouse operations
- Adhere to strict safety protocols for cold environments
- Assist with quality control and product rotation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in 0°F to 40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
