Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Organize inventory in compliance with warehouse protocols and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Uphold strict quality control measures during handling processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
