Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report irregularities
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload trucks while maintaining FIFO inventory systems
- Complete inventory audits and documentation accurately
- Maintain sanitation standards across all work areas
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
